How to Play

The basics

Every day a new puzzle goes live at midnight. You get one clue and five attempts to guess the hidden word or phrase. Use your guesses wisely — each wrong answer unlocks a new hint to help you zero in on the answer.

  Read the clue

  A new theme is revealed each day. The first clue is always visible — it's indirect, but it gives you enough to make a smart first guess.

  Type your answer and submit

  Type your best guess in the input field and hit Submit (or press Enter). Capitalization doesn't matter — just spell it out.

  Wrong guess? You unlock a hint

  Each wrong guess unlocks the next hint — starting with a different angle on the answer, then a category label, then increasingly direct clues that nearly spell it out.

  You have 5 attempts

  Five guesses total. Use them carefully. After the fifth wrong answer, the puzzle ends and the answer is revealed.

  Solve it to keep your streak alive

  Solve the puzzle and your streak grows by one. Miss a day or run out of guesses and your streak resets to zero. Come back tomorrow to start a new one.

  Share your result

  After finishing, tap "Share Result" to copy your emoji grid to the clipboard. The grid shows how you did without spoiling the answer for anyone else.

Boosts & tokens

Stuck? You can use a token to unlock an Extra Guess or Reveal a Letter. You start with 3 tokens, and you earn more by completing milestones, sharing your result, or watching a short ad. Tokens carry over day to day.

Sunday — Brain Breaker

Every Sunday the rules change. You get one clue. No hints. No safety net. It's harder, it's riskier, and it's the most satisfying solve of the week. Give it your best shot.
